Evelyn Hoskinson - Obituary
Mrs. Evelyn Hoskinson was a much loved staff member at Carbonear Collegiate for over 30 years. She was the boss. There were many administrators at Carbonear Collegiate, but she was a constant. She could name almost all the students in our building, and most of their parents too. She loved to share stories about her family, especially her granddaughter Emma. She had many animated chats with staff about moose hunting. She loved a good lunch and a cup of tea. But mostly in our school she loved her job. She was a dedicated school secretary, and one of the hardest working people that we have known. She was a pillar of our school community and we will forever miss her presence in our building.
